What can you expect now that VDA has taken over?
VDA is looking to put a deeper focus on developing players in grades K - 6th.
VDA is looking to add additional coaches and staff, including Noelle who will be our Director of Mental Performance. Her role will be to help coaches relate better with the players.
VDA will be recording practices and games to use as development tools.
VDA is looking to add feedback software. This software will allow coaches to input positive aspects of a player's game as well as critiques while having the ability to send videos that can help players develop and improve.
VDA will offer multiple levels of play including a new regional club team.
The club season will now run from November through the end of March.
