About VDA

Established 2026

 

As the name states, Volleyball Development Academy (VDA) will have player development as its top priority. VDA will offer multiple levels of opportunities throughout multiple age groups. VDA will institute a bottom-up approach to player development which means a greater focus on programs for younger players grades K - 6th. By adding additional staff VDA will be better equipped to service the needs of our players.

VDA is looking to implement tools to help in the development of our players. 

  • Recording of practices and games to supply video feedback

  • Feedback software

    • Allows coaches to input positive comments along with areas the player needs to work on for instant review. This feedback can be done via text format or in video format. The feedback entered into the software will be sent directly to the athlete and parents. ​​

 

VDA will offer the following volleyball programs:

  • Club volleyball teams

  • ​Regional volleyball teams​

  • In-House volleyball programs

  • Various camps and clinics
